Why is there a charge from EasyRedir on my statement?
There may be a charge from EasyRedir on your credit card statement. If you're wondering why this is the case, review this information for further clarification regarding what we do at EasyRedir and why this charge is showing up on your card.
Payment through credit card
Most customers pay for EasyRedir using their credit card for one of our posted plans. We use Stripe to process all payment information and do not store any credit card information ourselves. Your subscription is invoiced to the second, although we only show the dates on receipts for simplicity.
Updating your credit card
If you are the owner or admin of your account, you can update your credit card on file through the settings tab of your account, then through the subscriptions & payments page. Once on that page there will be an option update the card on file.
Payment through invoice or purchase order
We only offer payment by invoice or purchase order for our customized enterprise plans on an annual term due to the costs and time involved in customizing the account and processing payments manually. On our other plans, we only offer payment by credit card. The set up process is self-serve and extremely easy to do. A receipt is emailed to you every time we process a payment, and also available in your EasyRedir dashboard.
